Here we have PGA Tour winner Adam Hadwin, his wife (and golf Twitter queen) Jessica Hadwin, and a suitcase in an amazing life-imitating-art scenario. Or better still, we had one.
Jessica claims that after five days, the “silent standoff” is over after she reluctantly carried her suitcase up the Tinder couple’s house’s stairs. Jessica thought Adam would pick up the bag, but he declined. And chivalry may now truly be extinct.
A difficult scene. Furthermore, as someone else noted, there are striking similarities between this and certain real-life scenes from a 20-year-old “Everybody Loves Raymond” episode.
Incredible. Jessica continued, saying that on those days, she took clothing out of the suitcase to wear, making it at least lighter when she carried it up.
I just want to say thank you to Adam at this point for making all husbands, including mine, look better. And you have to wonder if by next month his Christmas stocking will be a little bit lighter.
