Italian tennis sensation Jannik Sinner’s mother, Siglinde Sinner, passed away peacefully in her hospital bed early this morning, December 6, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. She was 55.
Sources close to the family confirmed the heartbreaking news, describing Siglinde as “the pillar of strength” behind Jannik’s remarkable rise to tennis stardom.
“We are devastated to announce the passing of our beloved mother, Siglinde. Her unconditional love, guidance and unwavering support made Jannik the person and player he is today. We kindly request privacy during this difficult time,” said Jannik’s father, Johann Sinner.
